February 22 marks the anniversary of the assassination of Atwar, the free voice immortalized in the memory of truth, and the birth of the icon of defending freedom of speech, the Iraqi Women Journalists Forum (IWJF), to carry the torch of her message and embody a steadfast commitment to protecting the rights of women journalists and enhancing their role.
