  Libyan Ambassador hands over embassy shield to Iraqi Women Journalists Forum

On the occasion of the completion of his duties in Iraq, the Ambassador of Libya to Iraq, Mr. Naji Shalgham, visited the headquarters of the IWJF.
He expressed his happiness at the achievements of the IWJF in the past six years.

“I am proud that I was one of those who attended the establishment of the IWJF and participated in most of its various activities,” Shalgam said.

For her part, the President of the IWJF, Ms. Nebras Mamouri, expressed her thanks and appreciation to Ambassador Naji Shalgam for his humility, attention and continuous communication, Al-Maamouri confirmed that in the near future, there will be cooperation with our media colleagues in Libya, especially that the two countries are witnessing transitional stages. The meeting ended with Ambassador Naji Shalgham handing over to the Forum the shield of the Embassy which carries the map of Libya in gratitude and pride for the achievements of the Organization.

In her turn, Al Mamouri presented the shield of Atwar Bahjat to the Ambassador on the occasion of the end of his duties in Iraq and his role in enhancing Strengthen relations between the two countries
